Key Responsibilities

• * Create custom graphics, layouts, and email templates using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva.
• * Optimize email designs for various email platforms (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.) and devices.
• * Implement A/B testing on email designs to improve open and click-through rates.
• * Ensure all newsletters are aligned with company branding and marketing goals.
• * Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and evolving email marketing strategies.
• * Maintain organized files and design systems to streamline production workflows.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Proven experience in designing email newsletters or digital campaigns.
• * Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, or similar.
• * Strong design skills with expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Figma.
• * Solid understanding of email design best practices, UX principles, and mobile optimization.

• Experience
