You will be responsible for growing revenue, expanding market presence, and driving sales performance across the region. As a key member of the leadership team, you will focus on delivering business growth through the development of high-impact sales strategies and strong customer relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targetsLead, coach, and support the sales team to consistently meet and exceed KPIsIdentify and secure new business opportunities across existing and new sectorsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makersCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfactionAnalyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales tactics and pricingProject manage and lead the tender and bid process, ensuring profitability and alignment with strategic goalsMonitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvementEnsure a culture of accountability, customer focus, and results across all commercial activityTranslate company strategy into practical, day-to-day sales execution plansAbout YouWe’re looking for an ambitious sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will have a strong understanding of B2B sales, people management, and the ability to drive commercial results.
