Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Co-op, Crew Resources Data Analyst to join our team in California. As a key member of our Crew Resources team, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing insights that inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our team to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive process improvements, cost savings, and enhanced customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions

  • Develop and maintain complex data models, reports, and dashboards to support business intelligence and decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive process improvements, cost savings, and enhanced customer experiences
  • Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for automation and optimization
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure data-driven insights are communicated effectively and actionable
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation and excellence

What You'll Need to Succeed

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., data science, analytics, computer science, mathematics)

  • Experience with SQL or database querying tools (e.g., ETL, data modeling)
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes
  • Experience working in a collaborative, team-based environment
  • Strong passion for data-driven decision-making and process improvement
