Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our Work From Home program, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, and you will be empowered to make decisions and take ownership of your work.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

  • Provide solutions to customers to help simplify their healthcare experience
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer concerns and issues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience working in a Call Center environment or Healthcare related field

  • 6 months of work from home experience
  • Healthcare certification (e.g., Med Assistant)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and quality standards
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements
