Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative analysis exercises, including data collection and preparation, data extraction and analysis, and report writing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with research partners and stakeholders within and outside the organization.
- Analyze and prepare regular and ad-hoc reports involving quantitative and qualitative data for various stakeholders.
- Manage assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and quality assurance.
- Work closely with the Sr. Director and team to ensure that all outcomes are meaningful and drive key business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
- Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to join and manipulate large datasets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise visualizations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with data analysis tools such as SPSS, Q, or MarketSight.
- Familiarity with survey tools such as Translate, Qualtrics, or SurveyMonkey.
- Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as R, Python, SAS, or STATA.
- Postgraduate education in Statistics or a related field.
- Quantitative analysis experience, either on the provider or client side.
- Experience with analyzing survey data to extract meaningful insights.
- Experience with membership-based business models and strategies.
Work Environment and Culture:
* This is a part-time, remote position with face-to-face collaboration from Monday to Thursday and remote work on Friday.
