Job Summary
As a Sales Analytics Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our account managers with data analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive revenue growth. You'll work closely with our Investigation Group to gather data from various sources, research and verify external data integrity, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather data from different sources, including but not limited to, Record Directors, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets.
- Research and verify external data integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Clean and design data to convert into system-compatible formats.
- Support Record Directors in meeting requests and requirements.
- Utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage projects.
- Participate in special projects and research demands as needed.
- Provide customized reporting and recommendations to inform business decisions or drives.
- Develop presentations with scientific outcomes for various levels of management.
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, data analytics, computer science).
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks with tight deadlines.
