Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Following up on client cases to ensure that our customers receive the support they deserve
• Working closely with our team to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to our customers
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• A computer running an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old)
• A USB headset and webcam
• At least one 15" or larger monitor
• Internet speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload, with a direct Ethernet connection preferred
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Manual dexterity and typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM and 80% accuracy
• Quiet and distraction-free workspace
