Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Michigan. Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background and drug screen (required)
- Strong telephone skills, good written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Customer Service experience (1 year preferred)
- Call Center experience (1 year preferred)
