Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Scientist on our Retail Strategic Health Analytics team, you'll collaborate with business partners to develop analytics strategies that address key business priorities. You'll own and manage an analytics workstream, leading a team of analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products. Your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling will help us uncover insights that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with business partners to develop analytics strategies that address key business priorities, leveraging predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and metric evaluation

• Own and manage an analytics workstream, leading a team of analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products
• Use robust data in algorithms and predictive models to recommend approaches, investigate issues, identify trends, and propose solutions
• Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data to resolve complex business problems using advanced statistical techniques and mathematical analyses
• Develop and participate in presentations and consultations to communicate and discuss analytics results and solutions
• Utilize robust programming skills to explore, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data in various formats

Required Qualifications

* 3+ years of relevant analytic experience

• Experience programming using R or Python
• Experience in SQL
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Data, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree or PhD preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Demonstrates strong ability to communicate technical ideas and implications to business partners

• Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur
• Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to research large data sets from multiple data sources
• Demonstrates expertise in most areas of mathematical evaluation methods, system learning, statistical analyses, and predictive modeling, with in-depth specialization in some areas
