Key Responsibilities:
- Represent one of the nation's largest brands as a Customer Service Representative, interacting with customers via inbound calls to assist with their needs.

- Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.

Essential Qualifications:
- 6 months of customer service experience (or equivalent experience in a related field).
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must have a GED or High School Diploma.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

- Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications.
