Position Summary
As a Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll collaborate with business partners to develop analytics solutions that drive business growth and improvement. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the analytics workstream, managing a team of analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products
- Developing and implementing predictive models, statistical analyses, and metric evaluations to address business priorities
- Performing complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Developing and presenting analytics results and solutions to stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Utilizing strong programming skills to explore, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data in various formats
Required Qualifications
* 3 years of relevant analytic experience
- Experience programming in R or Python
- Experience in SQL
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field
- Master's degree or PhD preferred

* Strong ability to communicate technical standards and implications to business partners
- Proactive approach to anticipating and preventing issues and roadblocks
- In-depth understanding of advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources
- Expertise in multiple areas of mathematical evaluation methods, machine learning, statistical analyses, and predictive modeling
Education
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field
- Master's degree or PhD preferred
Pay Range
The standard pay range for this position is: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour This pay range represents the base hourly rate or annual full-time earnings for all positions within the job grade in which this position falls. The actual base earnings will depend on a range of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other applicable factors. This position is eligible for a arenaflex bonus, incentive, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award goal within the company's equity award program.
