Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our Global Financial Reporting and Compliance team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting, as well as maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our finance team to analyze financial data, identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare financial reports and analysis for various stakeholders, including senior management and external auditors
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including IFRS and US GAAP
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop recommendations for process enhancements and implement changes as needed
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Lead projects to automate financial processes and improve efficiency
- Provide training and support to colleagues on financial reporting and compliance
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting and compliance
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
- Experience with financial analysis and reporting software, including Workiva Wdesk and HFM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) designation
- Experience with financial planning and analysis
- Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
