Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Educating plan benefits, answering questions, and resolving issues based on incoming telephone member contacts
- Utilizing compliant documentation standards to ensure accurate and timely resolution of member inquiries
- Providing empathetic and member-centric service that exceeds our members' expectations
- Ensuring that every member is shown respect, kindness, and all questions are thoroughly answered and resolved
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex member issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate in your interactions with members
- Ability to apply patience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills
- High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
- Or, equivalent military experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
- Education in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- A base salary range of $17.00 - $27.16 per hour
- A $1000 sign-on bonus and an additional $2000 bonus after 180 days of employment
