Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to navigate virtual tools and resources, including CRM software and customer service platforms
  • Basic typing and computer skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, to accommodate customer needs
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection to ensure seamless communication with customers and internal teams
