Job Responsibilities:

As a Data Collection Specialist with arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

Data Collection and Validation:

Collect and confirm data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness in accordance with established guidelines and quality standards.

Research and Analysis:

Conduct in-depth research and analysis to collect relevant data factors and insights, using a combination of tools, databases, and research techniques to collect complete datasets.

Data Entry and Management:

Enter collected data into precise systems or databases, ensuring that it is organized, categorized, and easily accessible for further evaluation and reporting.

Quality Assurance:

Perform quality assessments on collected data to identify and correct any discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies, ensuring that data integrity is maintained throughout the collection process.

Documentation and Reporting:

Document data collection processes, methodologies, and findings, and prepare reports or summaries that present the collected data in a clear and coherent manner for use by relevant stakeholders.

Compliance and Security:

Adhere to data security protocols, privacy regulations, and security requirements to protect sensitive information and maintain the confidentiality and integrity of the data being collected.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process optimization and performance improvements in the data collection procedures, and provide recommendations for implementing best practices and streamlined data collection workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as data analysts, researchers, and project managers, to ensure that data collection efforts align with project requirements and contribute to overall business objectives.

Timely Delivery:

Meet deadlines and deliverables in accordance with project requirements, ensuring that data collection tasks are completed within the specified timeframes and adhere to established timelines.

Continuous Learning and Development:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, data collection methodologies, and emerging technologies to continuously improve data collection strategies and skills, contributing to personal and professional growth in the data collection field.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree required or GED with 1+ year of experience in data collection, technical support, project management, data processing, system learning, or related field

• Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Experience working in a company's environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
• Practical knowledge of system learning data processing needs and trade-offs
• Experience working with prototype assets
• Experience in research or data collection
• Experience with any scripting languages and Unix/Linux environment is a plus
• A positive attitude, excellent group work skills, and a sense of humor are a must

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience using MS Office, Excel, Mac OS, Confluence, JIRA, and Wiki tools

• Experience working with data visualization tools and technologies
• Knowledge of data mining and machine learning techniques
• Experience with data quality and data governance frameworks
• Certification in data collection, data analysis, or related field
