Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of our data assets. You'll work closely with our data management team to design, develop, and implement data quality initiatives that drive business value and inform strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the data management team to design, develop, and implement data quality initiatives that drive business value and inform strategic decision-making
- Conduct data quality assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for remediation
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data quality initiatives and develop business cases to support investment
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate data insights and trends to stakeholders
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business value
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of data management and business intelligence
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5 years' experience in data management, business intelligence, or related field
- Proven experience working with data governance frameworks, data quality tools, and business intelligence platforms
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization concepts
- Experience working with SQL, BI tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI), and data profiling and curation tools (e.g., Collibra)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 7 years' experience in data management, business intelligence, or related field
- Experience working with Python, R, or VBA programming languages
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and business intelligence concepts
- Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data storytelling techniques
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes
