Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Online Market Research and Customer Service, you will play a critical role in connecting with our numerous market research clients and helping them to achieve their goals. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Email Customer Service in an online ticket response system
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing best-answer templates to communicate with clients and ensure consistency in our responses
- Participating in online surveys and product/service testimonials to gather valuable insights
- Collaborating with our team to identify trends and patterns in customer feedback
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in online market research and customer service
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Computer Literacy: Intermediate working ability degree is a minimum requirement. You should be comfortable using a personal computer and navigating online systems.

Compensation and Benefits
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Online Market Research and Customer Service, you can expect to earn a competitive hourly rate of $25.00 - $39.00 per hour. You will also have the opportunity to earn additional income through online surveys and product/service testimonials, with rates ranging from $2.50 to $75.00 per survey.
