Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately entering and updating data into our organization database
• Verifying and resolving data discrepancies to ensure accuracy
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Collaborating with team members to improve data management processes
• Meeting established deadlines for data access tasks
• Identifying opportunities for data automation and implementing solutions to improve efficiency
• Using challenge control abilities to ensure all tasks are completed on time and on budget

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• Experience with SQL or database querying tools, including ETL and data modeling
• Proficiency in a scripting programming language (Python, Bash, PowerShell), preferred
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, preferred
• Strong PC skills with substantial knowledge of Excel, including VBA
• Outside-the-box thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role
• Proficiency in data access and control software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Effective communication skills and a team player
