About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Real, VA. As a key member of our Evaluating system, you'll play a critical role in supporting our corporate operations and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with our outreach team to support the RFP process and create customized pricing structures for our clients
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability
- Analyze shipment volume and revenue data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement customized solutions for our clients
- Assist in setting overall rates and rules for sales to use in setting rates for individual clients
- Develop and maintain tools to support estimating efforts and improve efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our solutions remain competitive and effective
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Related experience in transportation, logistics, or a related field, or experience working in an information/financial analysis role supporting pricing proposals and rate structures
- High-level Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and respond to impromptu evaluating demands
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a data entry or analytical role
- Knowledge of aircraft costing tables and ability to challenge or question when necessary
- Familiarity with different areas and specialization of each to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities
