Job Summary

As a Data Entry Executive at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our passenger data, flight information, and operational records. You will be responsible for processing reservation statistics, updating customer information, and supporting the input of financial and accounting data. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the timely and accurate transfer of records between systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter and update passenger data, flight information, and operational facts into arenaflex's computer systems with a high level of accuracy.

  • Process reservation statistics, including bookings, cancellations, and adjustments to flight itineraries.
  • Update customer information, ensuring that all facts are current and correct.
  • Support the input of financial and accounting data related to ticket sales, revenue, and expenses.
  • Verify the accuracy of records before access and correct any mistakes or discrepancies as required.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate transfer of records between systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data security and privacy guidelines.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis as required by the airline's management team.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent. Additional relevant education or training in data entry or computer-related fields may be desirable.

  • Proficiency in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with computer programs and data entry software. Knowledge of airline reservation systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) is a plus, but not always required, as training may be provided.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of data confidentiality and the importance of data protection.
