Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone and email, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to escalate complex issues and ensure that customers receive the support they need
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on customer interactions and issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
  • Adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including those related to data security and confidentiality

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Basic English writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively through email and other written channels
  • A reliable internet connection and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet
  • The ability to work a flexible reduced hour schedule, which may start and end outside of normal business hours
  • The ability to work 30-39 hours per week, with the possibility of additional or fewer hours due to business requirements

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience with software tools and systems, including CRM and customer support platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
