Role Purpose
Lead the development of Harbour’s corporate strategy, ensuring alignment across commercial, financial, operational, and geopolitical dimensions. Drive portfolio optimisation, market intelligence, and long-term investment planning to support sustainable value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine strategy across upstream and energy transition (CCS) activities.
- Analyse industry trends, macroeconomic and geopolitical factors to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee competitor analysis and market intelligence.
- Support business planning, investor communications, and capital market updates.
- Evaluate portfolio performance and recommend optimisation or divestment strategies.
- Contribute to M&A screening and strategic partnerships.
- Represent Harbour at industry events and with key stakeholders.
- Lead special projects and prepare strategic briefings for senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geosciences, Business, or Economics; MBA preferred.
- Extensive strategy or corporate development experience in upstream oil & gas.
- Strong understanding of E&P economics, energy transition, and capital markets.
- Proven track record in portfolio management and strategic planning.
- Global experience and familiarity with ESG frameworks are a plus.
