The Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Global Merchant and Network Services (GM&NS) Estimating team. This team is responsible for driving the single largest source of arenaflex's revenue: Trader Markdown Income. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and reporting on dealer markdown income data to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth
• Developing and maintaining vendor rebate income scorecards for the Canada district
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive normalization and process improvement for all reporting and determining activities
• Supporting external reviews, including investigating issues, communicating with regional estimating teams, and managing goals
• Performing ad-hoc data analysis to identify trends and insights in rebate rate movements

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience in financial services or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and data interpretation
• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; a master's degree is highly desirable
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with experience working with large datasets and complex financial models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement creative solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• A strong work ethic and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• A passion for innovation and a willingness to challenge conventional approaches to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with financial software, including SAS and SQL

• A background in data analysis and business intelligence
• A strong understanding of financial markets and instruments
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
