Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Remote Impact Client Support Delegate. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, work closely with our Inward Body Shop, and support the Approved Impact Program. If you have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Work planning support: Collaborate with our Inward Body Shop to ensure seamless execution of the Approved Impact Program.

  • Client communication and coordination: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Vehicle appearance arrangement: Coordinate with our Body Shop to ensure vehicles are restored to their original appearance.
  • Rental coordination and hand off: Arrange for rentals and ensure a smooth transition for clients.
  • Vehicle announcements: Communicate with clients regarding vehicle status and any necessary updates.
  • Material and supplies reordering: Reorder materials and supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
  • Fix survey and conveyance: Conduct surveys and ensure the safe conveyance of vehicles.

What You'll Bring

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., crash repair, customer service, business administration).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, and the general public.
  • Microsoft Office experience is a plus.
  • Ability to train and develop others.
  • Comfortable working in a crash shop environment.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
