Job Summary
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, ensuring that their beverage dispensing equipment is in optimal working condition. Key Responsibilities
* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex's standards
- Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment
- Maintain all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition
- Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and cooperative while resolving issues and addressing client concerns
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless support and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
- Valid driver's license
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, technical sales)
- Previous experience in a customer support or technical services role
- Familiarity with soft drink fountain equipment and refrigeration systems
