Job Summary

As a Ramp Agent (Customer Service Agent) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of cargo and passengers, while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Securely lift, load, unload, and transport cargo, mail, and baggage to and from aircraft, while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

  • Protect cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
  • Safely operate and maintain ground equipment, such as dollies, belt loaders, and tow tractors, in areas of congestion.
  • Work with scanners and computers to ensure accurate tracking and delivery of cargo to customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Work Environment and Schedule

* Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying shifts, including early morning and evening shifts.

  • Work in a team-based environment with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
  • Participate in physical activities, such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Work in a variety of weather conditions, including heat, rain, and snow.
  • May be required to work in confined spaces or areas with limited visibility.
