Job Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
  • Meeting or exceeding customer service performance metrics and goals
  • Working effectively in a remote work environment and maintaining a high level of productivity and communication with the team

  • Handle, turn, and control objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and dexterity
  • Visually locate stock and other items
  • Reach above and below the knees, including bending, stooping, pulling, and lifting

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer-facing role in a retail or related industry

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
