Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Technical Lead Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading a team of cybersecurity and threat intelligence experts, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions
• Working closely with clients to understand their security and functional conditions, providing expert guidance and support to drive navigation and specific activity
• Developing and implementing strategies to drive the growth and success of our cybersecurity and threat intelligence initiatives
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of integrated solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and trends, ensuring that we're always at the forefront of cybersecurity and threat intelligence

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a focus on cybersecurity and threat intelligence
• Proven experience in leading teams and delivering high-quality solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
• A strong understanding of cybersecurity and threat intelligence concepts, including CTI procedures and applications
• Experience working with US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• Experience in the utilization, handling, and analysis of strategic (specialized) CTI inside a functional climate, supporting observing, discovery, and reaction capacities
• Comprehension of CTI procedures and application ideas, with the ability to prompt and tutor new CTI colleagues
• Capacity to correspond crude insight from sensors, episode reaction commitment, and different sources into reports and briefings
• Capacity to introduce composed or verbal data to specialized and non-specialized crowds
• Capacity to take mind-boggling, equivocal themes, assemble methodology, and impact partners

• Experience working with US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph
• Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and trends
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

• Base salary range of $153,000-$234,000
• Bonus and stock awards or options as part of pay bundles
