Job Overview

We are looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to fill the position of Operations Support Analyst. As an Operations Support Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for supporting various business operations, including Ground Operations and Sales Activities. Your primary objective will be to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to enhance our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform analysis of external solutions to support informed decision-making on issues related to operational performance
  • Develop and present recommendations that demonstrate a clear understanding of the business bottom line and the broader impact across the organization
  • Identify areas for improvement in operational performance and business processes through data analysis, customer insights, and process knowledge
  • Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Gather, organize, and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
  • Collaborate with project teams and present findings to management
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics to measure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
