[REMOTE] Sr. Commercial Litigation Attorney Qualifications
- JD and licensed to practice law in Florida required
- 5+ years of commercial litigation experience required
- 2+ years of bench trial, jury trial, and 1st or 2nd chair experience required
- Significant motion practice experience required
- Experience conducting depositions, substantive hearings, and evidentiary hearings required
