Job Summary

As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our Dealer Administrations Manager to drive business objectives, monitor key performance indicators, and develop strategies to improve team performance. This is a full-time position, working 8 hours a day, with a competitive hourly rate of $26.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences

  • Collaborate with the Dealer Administrations Manager to drive business objectives, monitor key performance indicators, and develop strategies to improve team performance
  • Provide mentorship to team members to improve their overall performance on all metrics
  • Demonstrate imagination and commitment to making moves to advance a positive workplace culture
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, seeking opportunities to develop and learn about the business
  • Make a positive impact on customer experience by inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer support and making working with us easy for merchants
  • Recognize opportunities for improvement and execute tasks to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Answer and address customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree

  • 2+ years of experience working in an office environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using Google Sheets or ability to perform data analysis
