Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner

  • Provide personalized support to our members, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Utilize our customer care framework to make informed decisions and resolve issues
  • Educate and inform customers about our products and services, promoting our offerings and enhancing their overall experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve complex issues
  • Identify and address customer needs beyond the initial inquiry, providing proactive support and solutions
  • Resolve issues without or with limited supervisor intervention
  • Provide education and guidance to customers on various aspects of our products and services
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues while avoiding over-committing
  • Perform other duties as required, including processing claims, new case hand-offs, and escalating issues through our system

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and other software applications

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
