Job Responsibilities:
As a Senior Logistics Analyst – Data-Driven Insights for Last Mile Delivery, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Last Mile bundle gauging and transporter scope quantification to optimize transporter bundle ability
- Collaborating with functional groups, network arranging and S&OP groups, transporter accomplices, and other HQ and field groups to drive business growth
- Utilizing data to inform decision-making and drive functional greatness through precise bundle volume projections
- Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to address business challenges and improve operational efficiency
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Analyzing and interpreting large datasets to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to address them
Essential Qualifications:
* Four-year degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, data analytics)
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field, with a strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques
- Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and data visualization programming in an large-scale, complex business environment
- Experience working with Big Data technologies like Hadoop and Hive
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions
- Experience in data storytelling and communication, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
