Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our Advancement Stages Data Encounters team at arenaflex. As a key member of our data-driven team, you'll play a crucial role in driving the analysis, assessment, development, execution, and evaluation of data-driven projects that are essential to our business. Your primary responsibility will be to turn vast amounts of data into actionable insights that enhance the client experience and drive discovery and effectiveness for application developers.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Insights:
Utilize your expertise in data science to analyze and interpret complex data sets, identifying trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions. -
Data Visualization and Communication:
Develop and present data-driven insights to stakeholders, using visualizations and storytelling techniques to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner. -
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, data engineers, and business leaders, to drive projects that leverage data and analytics to drive business outcomes. -
Data Engineering and Architecture:
Design and implement data pipelines, architectures, and systems to collect, process, and store large datasets, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security. -
Machine Learning and AI:
Develop and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered solutions to drive business value and improve customer experiences. -
Data Governance and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to data governance policies, regulations, and standards, maintaining the highest level of data quality, security, and compliance.
Essential Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. -
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in a data science role, preferably in the advertising industry or product assessment with hands-on experience working with clickstream data and A/B experimentation. -
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS, Snowflake, Glimmer, and Scene. -
Data Analysis and Visualization:
Strong skills in data analysis, visualization, and communication, with experience in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js. -
Machine Learning and AI:
Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and AI-powered solutions, with experience in libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
