Job Responsibilities

As a Ramp Agent (Customer Service Agent) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of cargo, luggage, and mail. Your duties will include:

• Securely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting cargo, luggage, and mail to and from aircraft, while maintaining ideal connections by directing arriving and departing aircraft from gate positions.
• Protecting cargo, luggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
• Safely operating and driving ground equipment like dollies, belt loaders, and tow tractor vehicles in areas of congestion.
• Working with scanners and computers to ensure accurate tracking and delivery of cargo to customers' destinations.
• Adhering to functional requirements, with shifts ranging from early morning to evening, and working between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on the position.
