Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Technical Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing advanced remote operational and technical support to our learning centers in a Help Desk environment. Your exceptional customer service skills, technical expertise, and action-oriented approach will enable you to deliver outstanding support to our customers, ensuring their productivity and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced remote operational and technical support to arenaflex learning centers, including telephone, chat, and email support, and maintain detailed records in our ticket tracking system.
  • Acquire and maintain current knowledge of proprietary products, websites, hardware, services, and support policies to provide technically accurate solutions to customers.
  • Offer accurate and creative solutions to customer problems, ensuring customer productivity and satisfaction.
  • Analyze, research, resolve, and respond to all support requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in team projects that enhance the quality or efficiency of the Help Desk, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our support services.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required to meet the changing business needs of arenaflex.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working in the Customer Service/Contact Center industry, with a strong focus on technical support.
  • 1+ years of technical experience working with computer systems and technology, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced support environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to write in a clear, concise manner.
  • Outstanding critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, determine the complexity and severity of problems, and resolve them in a timely and effective manner.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Web application troubleshooting experience, utilizing tools such as Chrome Developer Tools and Fiddler.
  • Experience with the Zendesk platform, or similar customer support software.
  • Experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365 web applications, such as Dynamics 365.
  • Experience working on a remote team, with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.
