The Opportunity

As a Customer Care Consultant at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing personalized and outstanding customer service to our customers through various communication channels, including inbound calls, outbound calls, and messaging. You will work closely with a team of premier customer care professionals to help customers with their support needs and develop a career at a company that invests in its people.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver a world-class experience for blithequark's customers during every interaction

  • Provide personalized customer service of the highest level by establishing rapport and presenting a positive, friendly demeanor
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Prior experience in customer service, contact center, financial services, or a similar industry

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience required; associate or bachelor's degree in business-related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ years' experience in contact center, financial services, or a similar industry

  • Experience in consumer banking, preferably servicing checking, debit card, savings, CD, IRA, and Trust accounts
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
  • Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment, with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Base pay range: $47,840 - $54,080 USD
