We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated part-time Administrative Assistant to join our Customer Engagement Center (CEC) team, working remotely and providing top-notch support to parents across the United States.

The Opportunity

We're currently seeking part-time Administrative Assistants to join our Customer Engagement Center team, working a minimum of 2 Saturday shifts per week. As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for parents calling our center, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Your duties will include:

  • Answering and transferring a high volume of inbound calls (40-60 calls per hour)
  • Making appointment confirmation calls
  • Data entry
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to parents and students
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who possesses the following qualities:

  • Pleasant and professional phone etiquette: You'll be the face of blithequark, and we need someone who can provide exceptional support and service to our customers.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM: You'll be handling a high volume of data entry and communication, and we need someone who can keep up with the pace.
  • Team player with an eye for attention to detail: You'll be working closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations, and we need someone who can multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment: Our Customer Engagement Center is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and we need someone who can adapt quickly and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in word processing software: You'll be using a range of software applications to manage data and communicate with customers, and we need someone who is proficient in word processing software.
  • Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) a plus: We serve a diverse range of customers, and bilingual capabilities would be a valuable asset in providing exceptional support and service.
  • High school diploma or GED: We're looking for someone with a strong educational background and a passion for delivering exceptional support and service.
