Job Summary

As a Live Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform. You will engage with customers in real-time to address their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues they may have. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Major Responsibilities and Objectives

Respond to Customer Inquiries and Provide Support: You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries and providing support through our live chat platform. You will be expected to respond promptly, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Offer Product Information and Assistance: You will be knowledgeable about our products and services, and will be able to provide customers with information and assistance in a timely manner. You will be able to answer questions, provide product demos, and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Resolve Customer Issues and Complaints: You will be responsible for resolving customer issues and complaints in a fair and efficient manner. You will be able to empathize with customers, listen to their concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Escalate Complex Issues: You will be able to identify complex issues that require escalation to other teams or departments. You will be able to communicate effectively with other teams to ensure that issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. You will be able to track customer conversations, update customer information, and provide insights to other teams.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: You will be part of a cross-functional team that includes sales, marketing, and customer success teams. You will be expected to collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

1-2 Years of Experience in Customer Service: You will have 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. You will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and meeting customer expectations.

  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills: You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to Multitask and Prioritize: You will be able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: You will have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and implement them efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: You will have attention to detail, with the ability to track customer conversations, update customer information, and provide insights to other teams.
  • Proficiency in Live Chat Software: You will be proficient in using live chat software and customer support tools, with the ability to navigate multiple platforms and tools simultaneously.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: You will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
