Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and Zoom

  • Guiding customers through claims, policy updates, and enrollment
  • Hosting virtual consultations for new and existing clients
  • Keeping up-to-date with company products and services

  • High School Diploma or GED (college students welcome)
  • Great communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
