Key Responsibilities:

Prescription Processing and Routing:
Process and route prescriptions to pharmacists for completion, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Communication and Issue Resolution:
Communicate with doctors and insurance agencies to resolve issues and facilitate claims, demonstrating exceptional customer care and problem-solving skills.
Data Entry and Productivity:
Utilize excellent data entry skills to support team success and maintain high productivity levels, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Customer Care:
Provide exceptional customer care in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:

Pharmacy Technician Experience:
2+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer care and maintaining high productivity levels.
Certifications:
Pharmacy Technician certification in GA, National Pharmacy Technician Certification, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Data Entry Experience:
Proven data entry experience, with the ability to maintain high accuracy and efficiency levels in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with doctors, insurance agencies, and other stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:

Specialty Pharmacy Experience:
Experience working in a specialty pharmacy setting, with a strong understanding of prescription processing and claims management.
Claims Processing Experience:
Experience in claims processing, with the ability to communicate with prescribers regarding case status and review claim issues.
