  • This is a fully remote role, but you must live in Miami-Dade or Broward County to be considered.
  • Fluent Spanish is mandatory (spoken, written, and read). A language assessment will be required.
  • Schedule is Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM–8:30 PM — this is a fixed, non-flexible shift.
  • A minimum one-year commitment is required.
  • This position is not a fit for retail, restaurant, or in-person customer service experience.
  • You must have at least one year of remote or phone/email-based customer service experience.

About Amigos Tutoring Amigos Tutoring is a rapidly expanding education company with five locations across South Florida. We specialize in K–12 tutoring and SAT preparation, supporting hundreds of families each year. All customer interactions are handled through phone and email, ensuring consistent and professional communication across our team. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us—someone who communicates clearly, solves problems independently, and maintains a high level of professionalism without constant supervision. Role Summary We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Coordinator to join our remote support team. The right candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing escalated client concerns while maintaining clear communication with tutors and internal staff. This role requires excellent writing skills in both languages, strong judgment, and the ability to work independently. Schedule (Non-Negotiable) Monday–Friday: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM This shift is fixed and cannot be adjusted. Primary Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client and tutor emails.
  • Manage inquiries related to billing, scheduling, and company policies.
  • Coordinate regularly with tutors to ensure smooth session planning.
  • Handle escalated client situations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Use critical thinking to make independent decisions within company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough communication logs.

Preferred Experience Highly Relevant Backgrounds:

  • Remote appointment setting (medical, service-based, or administrative)
  • Experience in medical/therapy offices handling calls, scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Remote administrative or customer service roles requiring email communication

Experience That Does Not Apply:

  • Retail, in-person, or restaurant customer service
  • Hospitality or front-desk roles without written/email communication responsibility

Training & Contract Terms

  • Two weeks of paid remote training
  • A one-year minimum contract is required
  • If you quit, resign, or are terminated during training, training pay is forfeited
  • Continued employment depends on successful training completion and performance

Qualifications

  • Must reside in Miami-Dade or Broward County
  • Full fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking)
  • At least 1 year of remote customer service experience (email and phone)
  • Excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication
  • Reliable, professional, and consistent work habits
  • Strong problem-solving skills and independent decision-making
  • Comfortable using email platforms, scheduling tools, CRMs, and spreadsheets
