Key Responsibilities

As a Chat-Based Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging with new and existing customers through live chat and social media messaging. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
  • Present and promote our company's offerings, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Share relevant product links, promotions, and discounts to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Reach out to potential customers when prompted, using your excellent communication skills to build rapport and generate interest.
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets within set deadlines, using your skills and knowledge to drive business growth.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Access to a reliable phone, tablet, or laptop, as well as a stable internet connection.

  • Availability for a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
