Job Description
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to our customers. You will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional manner, while also assisting card members with billing inquiries, payment processing, account updates, and transaction disputes.
