About the Team
At blithequark, our Customer Experience team is dedicated to ensuring that every interaction with our customers is nothing short of outstanding. We design and operate blithequark's global network of support centers, working tirelessly to deliver an exceptional experience that sets us apart from the competition. As a Senior Associate on our team, you'll play a critical role in identifying, prioritizing, and executing initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and retention.
About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual who can help us drive business growth through strategic planning and execution. As a Senior Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Strategizing: Setting the direction for blithequark's Consumer Experience, identifying opportunities to improve speed, quality, effectiveness, and customer experience.
- Analyzing: Using data (SQL/Mode) to produce insights that inform business decisions, forecasting and tracking key metrics.
- Collaborating: Partnering with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, analytics, and support, to guide priority projects that improve the customer experience.
- Building: Owning company-level priority projects to improve blithequark's Consumer experience, from high-level strategy to detailed execution.
What We're Looking For
We're excited to welcome a talented individual who possesses:
- 3+ years of experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling requests from various channels efficiently and effectively.
- A proven track record of creating structure out of chaos.
- Problem-solving skills that involve thinking outside the box.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to let data win arguments and pull complex data in SQL or model in Excel.
- A sense of urgency, with a preference for accomplishing tasks today rather than tomorrow.

Compensation and Benefits
The location-specific base salary range for this position is:
- Colorado: $76,000—$114,000 USD
- California: $80,200—$126,600 USD
- Washington: $80,200—$120,200 USD
In addition to base salary, the compensation package for this role includes opportunities for equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, wellbeing benefits, paid time off, paid parental leave, and several paid holidays.
