Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced data entry specialist to help us organize and enhance our customer engagement process. As a data entry whiz, you'll be responsible for tidying up responses to comments on Facebook, following up with leads, and tracking interactions in a spreadsheet. This is a straightforward project that's perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, is detail-oriented, and is comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Tidy up responses to comments on Facebook and follow up with leads
- Track interactions in a spreadsheet and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Copy and paste messages to interested individuals who have asked for more detail
- Organize and fill in gaps with what's already been provided in the spreadsheet and linked threads
- Ensure that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in data entry or a related field
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Facebook and other social media platforms
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
- Certification in data entry or a related field
