About the Position

The Worldwide blithequark Online Store Sales team is seeking motivated and tech-savvy individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Mac Expert, you will specialize in Apple products, learning about their features and related accessories to provide consultative sales solutions tailored to each customer's needs. Your role will be crucial in establishing rapport with customers, ensuring they have a favorable end-to-end purchasing experience, and driving sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Knowledge: Become a specialist in Apple products and accessories, staying updated on the latest features and technologies.
  • Consultative Sales: Provide personalized sales solutions based on customer needs, following the blithequark Online Store Customer Engagement model.
  • Stay Informed: Utilize various information sources to stay current on products, policies, and technological advancements.
  • Order Management: Set customer expectations post-order, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
  • Sales Orders: Accurately enter new sales orders into the appropriate systems.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, encouraging them to return for their future Apple Store needs.
  • Sales Goals: Achieve set sales targets while prioritizing customer experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess a combination of sales, customer service, and technical skills. Key qualifications include:
