The Role

As a Full Stack Sales Live Chat Agent at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and sales support to our clients through live chat, email, and phone. You'll be the face of our brand, and your interactions will have a direct impact on our customers' experiences and our business outcomes. Your primary goal will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize your sales skills to identify opportunities and close deals through live chat and email
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues

Essential Qualifications:
