Position Overview

We are hiring Remote Customer Service & Benefits Advisors to help serve and support our growing client base. This is not a cold-calling sales job – we work exclusively with warm leads and members who have already requested benefits information. As a Remote Customer Service & Benefits Advisor, you will receive hands-on training, a proven support system, and the opportunity to earn six figures within your first year – all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with union members and working-class families via Zoom to understand their needs and preferences

• Present benefit options tailored to each client's needs, ensuring that they receive the best possible coverage for their lifestyle and budget
• Educate clients on life, health, accident, and income protection plans, providing clear and concise information to help them make informed decisions
• Provide top-tier customer service and follow-up to ensure that clients are satisfied with their benefits and have a positive experience with blithequark
• Maintain accurate records using a CRM platform to track client interactions and progress
• Collaborate with team leaders and participate in weekly performance meetings to stay up-to-date on company news and goals
• Grow into leadership roles with mentorship and guidance, taking on new challenges and responsibilities as you develop your skills and expertise

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000 to $150,000+ annually (uncapped commission + performance bonuses) – with the potential to earn a six-figure income within your first year

• Full training and licensing support to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong communicators with excellent active listening skills
• Goal-oriented and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with Zoom, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, self-starting individuals with a growth mindset and a desire to learn and grow with blithequark
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or administration is a plus, but not required
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
