Your Role
As a Remote Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat, providing information, guidance, and support to enhance their experience and satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements
To succeed as a Remote Chat Assistant, you'll need:
- Access to a computer or mobile device with internet connectivity for using social media and website chat features
- Ability to work autonomously, following instructions closely and maintaining availability for at least 5 hours weekly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
